What is MyOfficeSoftware?

This is a multi-user accounting and office automation system that can run on almost any Windows computer. It consists of a “client” (a Windows program that you run on your computer) and a data "server" (a program that runs on a computer and stores all your data). The server can be a computer in your office or it can be one of our computers.

My Office Software provides the ability for you to define user groups, and allows screen formats (such as invoices, customer data, orders, etc) to be customized for each user group. This allows screens to display the data that is appropriate for that user group. Or, for multi language companies, screens can be designed for language groups. Entire modules can be restricted on a user basis. This system handles customer quotes, orders, invoices, payments, aging, reports, purchase orders, vendor invoices, accounting, bank account reconciliation, inventory, serialized inventory items, and more.

Free software isn't new!

Companies like MySQL and LogMeIn provide free software and make money through support and commercial upgrades. We are unique, however in offering our main system for free. We earn our revenue by providing support and training, and building custom software solutions.

No “Per User” charges

Most multi user systems (like NetSuite, for example) charge per user in addition to the product base charge. With My Office Software you can have as many users as you like.

No hardware costs

Most multi user systems also require you to purchase expensive server computers in order to power their data server software. Our data server software has been designed to run efficiently on standard, existing computers.
